Delivery Information

Here is everything you need to know about how and when your Rays of Ink order reaches you. All delivery is within Sri Lanka.

Processing time

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of your payment being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Made-to-order and custom pieces may take longer — we will confirm the timeline with you when you place a custom order.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 2-4 working days islandwide within Sri Lanka.

Delivery charge

A flat courier fee of Rs. 500 applies to all islandwide deliveries.

Couriers & tracking

We ship with trusted local courier services. As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. If you have any question about your delivery, contact us and we will happily check on it for you.

Please provide an accurate address

Kindly give a complete delivery address and a phone number where you can be reached during the day. We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, and re-delivery may incur an additional courier charge.

Failed or uncollected deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails or your parcel is returned to us uncollected, we will get in touch to arrange re-delivery. Additional courier charges may apply.

Damaged on arrival?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
